Quiet Hours

Quiet Hours from 9pm to 7am. Noise and music should ALWAYS be kept to a minimum as to not disturb other campers.

Cleanliness

Campers are expected to keep their campsites clean and tidy, removing trash and debris. Dishes should not be washed in bathrooms.  Dumpster located in the park is for personal trash only. All garbage must be bagged & tied, boxes broken down. DO NOT leave trash outside by your RV.

Pets

Pets must be kept under control and on a leash, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Do not leave them in crates, enclosures, or tied to trees. No aggressive or loud dogs will be permitted. If your animal is a nuisance, you will be asked to vacate the premises. 

Fires

There are no fire pits and no fires are allowed within the campground at this time. Community firepit coming soon!

 Site Occupancy /Vehicle Parking:

One RV or camper and One vehicle are allowed per site. Your vehicle and rig must fit within the parameters of your site. There is additional parking on Washington Street. NO TENT CAMPING. All guests must sleep inside of the RV. Vehicles and RVs must be parked within designated areas and not on vegetation. 

Length of Stay

Maximum length of stay in any site is 14 days. No exceptions will be made.

Respect the Environment

Campers should avoid disturbing wildlife, plants, or rocks, and they should practice leave no trace principles. 

Reservations 

Reservations can be made online. Must show valid ID in name of reservation. Must be 21yrs old to hold a reservation in our campground.

Cancellation

Our cancellation policy is that of our third-party booking firm.

Shower House

The Shower House is available for use only to current booked campers. Use the facilities in a timely manner and leave them clean and tidy for others. 

Speed Limit

 Please observe a speed limit of no more than 5 mph.

Utilities

 Sewer connection – a positive sewer seal at both ends of sewer hose is

required. Make sure there are no leaks in hoses or connection to water supply and appropriate amperage and adapters are used.

Children

 We want the children to be safe & have a good time, but always

under the watchful eyes of a parent/guardian. No children under the age of 12 are to be left unattended. We are not responsible for their safety or welfare. You are liable for their behavior.

Conduct

 Disorderly conduct, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene

language, obnoxious, disruptive or vulgar behavior will not be tolerated.

They will be reason for immediate eviction without refund.

Illegal Substances

Illegal substances any form are prohibited on the property of Nomad VanCamp & RV.  Person(s) caught in violation of this rule are subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Person (s) knowing of any illegal activity are encouraged to notify the management immediately. Any information reported will be strictly confidential.

Damage

Please report any damage to hydrants, electrical boxes, or sewer hookups

to management immediately. You will be liable for any damage caused to utilities and infrastructure on the property.

Other

No Walking Through Other Campsites: Respect other campers sites, property and wellbeing.

No Fireworks: Possessing or using fireworks is prohibited 

No Defacing Property: Campers should not deface or remove any signs, structures, or barriers on the property. 

No Removing Natural Resources: Removing or injuring plants, trees, flowers, or rocks is generally prohibited. 

No Throwing Garbage on the Ground: All trash should be disposed of properly. 

No Obstructing Traffic: Campers should not obstruct pedestrian or vehicular traffic. 

No Unlawful Activity: Engaging in fighting, threatening behavior, or any other activity that violates the law is prohibited. 

No Firearms (Except During Hunting Season): Possessing or discharging firearms is often restricted, except during designated hunting seasons.
